Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products
Opened or used items (such as cosmetics, health, or hygiene products)
Please carefully review the product description before making a purchase to ensure the item is eligible for return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging a return, replacement, or refund, at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Return Your Item
To return an item, follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping instructions.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. If the exchange is approved, we will send you the new item at no additional cost, and you will not be charged for return shipping on defective or damaged goods.
