Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Address

  • When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed or shipped.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Please note that the following are estimated delivery times:

6. International Shipping

  • LuxHato currently offers shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • For international orders, please check if the delivery address is within the shipping area and if any import duties or taxes apply. You will be responsible for any additional fees related to international shipping.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, shipping carrier issues, or high demand during peak seasons.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered and signed for.
